I highly doubt that the guy is going to take the time to take off all of his clothing. He's most likely only going to unzip his pants and through a pair of blue jeans it's probably going to hamper your ability to grab onto his testicles.

I'm supposing that you're suggesting a rape scenario as well, and in that case where he's going to want his body as compared to your body is going to make it rather difficult for you to get your hands down to grab one of his testicles.

As ryangruhn suggested it may serve to just turn the guy on more, so you don't want to give him something like at as leverage if you try to take him to court (Oh well, she was grabbing my balls, and was really enthusiastic about it!) You'd want to avoid something like that, or to even turn it around and say that you sexually assaulted him (sounds crazy, but I'm sure it could work out).

It's not sophisticated...it's despicable and deplorable.
