Overcomming the barriers By Taekwondo_gal06 - Fri, 02 Mar 2007 21:06:36 GMT
========= I have been training for over a year now and one of the most diffifult physical things for me was my upper body strength. I have much better leg work, my arms are kind of pathetic at times. I was wondering if many women here had this problem and how they overcame it?I'm having semi successful results with pushups. Building upper body strength takes time. I don't know what your body type is but if you are an ectomorph, where your muscles tend to be long and slender then pushups will do amazing things for you. free weights will be beneficial as well. low reps and do them slow..... Depending on how often you train, will determine your muscle strength.
