Default MT: Choosing Chest Protectors

Choosing Chest Protectors By Mrs. Tommie - Sat, 14 Apr 2007 06:17:25 GMT

=========

How do you choose a good chest protector. In 12 years of training, our family has never attended a school that required women to wear chest protectors until now. There aren't many local suppliers so I ordered a couple of the one piece Maxi Guard crop tops with the inserts. My daughter is a C cup. She tried it on and it was reasonably comfortable but it took both of us to get it off of her. The top fits too tightly to pull back over the shoulders.

The other problem my daughter has is that this crop top allows too much movement to be worn as a sports bra. She'd have to double up with something more significant.

I've not tried mine on yet. I'm kinda dreading it. The other women in class aren't built like my daughter. They are either fairly small chested or fairly round all over. They seem to like this brand.

We've used the strap-on body armour type but that doesn't seem to be what Sensei prefers.

Do any of you have any suggestions or a better solution?
