MA Marketing for Ladies By Hawke - Wed, 04 Jul 2007 01:22:39 GMT

=========

Greetings and Salutations,

As some of you already know I started working out in South Central Los Angeles with a group of guys practicing FMA at the local park. We are trying to make the surrounding community a better place for everyone.

Anyone have any idea that will draw ladies to practice martial arts involving sticks and later on knives.

I am helping my group create flyers for the local community and appreciate any tips or advice you ladies can provide.

The lessons at the park are free for everyone.

Include pictures of women training on the posters and advertise in places that women will be. Generally just advertise a lot; there will probably be more men than women forever, but if you can get 3 that come regularly, other women will feel safer being there.

And once they're there (you probably already know this), spend a little while matching them up only with other women or very gentle guys with good vibes. Your average woman will go away if her bubble is squished by guys all the time. This is only if you want to keep as many women as possible of course, and not just the ones who are already cool with working with men.
