Training after a hysterectomy By Loomie - 06-02-2008 10:37 PM
========= Hi there, I have lurked on this site for about a year. I have been in Tae Kwon Do for almost a year. I am having a hysterectomy and appendectomy next week and am wondering if any other women have had the same thing and how long before they were back training. Also was there anything light exercise they did before returning. My doc says six to eight weeks, but I don't think he realizes that there is some rough sparring involved too. He 's kinda like we'll do what you feel like. I am afraid of messing things up internally.Any suggestions are greatly appreciated.
