Default AMAA Offers Women & Teen Girls Realistic Assault Defense

R.A.D. "Women & Teen Girls" Seminars:

This Tuesday October 1, RAD (Realistic Assault Defense) will be offering Seminars for Women & Teen Girls. Over the last 15 years of refining and researching self-defense, RAD has developed some very important improvements in the way in which to teach such material for women. Our latest break through will allow women to learn our "complete self-defense system in only 8 classes". This evolution will give women and teen girls 15 hours of realistic training in extremely effective and powerful street self-defense techniques.

In general the course will cover Standing Defense (defense against strikes, slaps & kicks as well as physical counter attacks), Holding Releases (defense against chokes, hair grabs, bear hugs & other holds), Ground Rape Defense (defense against very specific rape attack scenarios), Fear Management, Boundary Setting, Verbal De-escalation, Improvised Weapons, Conflict Role Playing, Escape Strategies & much, much more. There is a Graduation Day and all participants receive a Certificate of Completion.

For more information, go to: www.austinmartialarts.com or email amaa@io.com

Event Dates & Times:

OCTOBER 1st, 8th, 15th & 22nd, 29th
NOVEMBER: 5th, 12th & 19th
(Tuesdays 7:30p - 9:30p)
