Hello Ladies i dont think ive posted on this section of the forum before?
 My names Emma and ive made a web site dedicated mostlye to female martial artists and the importance of self defence because most women today think all it takes is a kick int he nuts or a guy and thats that how wrong they are because i used to think like that lol so many things can go wrong with your so called "Plan" its better to get proper training. UMMMMMMMMMMMM no havent kicked a guy in the nuts before lol touch wood i ahvent been in a fight for some years now and thats saying something lol.
But yeah women overall are nieve when it comes to the old "oh ill juts kick him in the nuts" excuse for not taking self defence to protect themselves thats the "it will never happen to me attitude" But there ya go!
