all time favorite wrestling dvd:
win the wiining edge Pin 2 Win its reeeeally pricey, but i got it for free. it categorizes by takedowns, bottom position, and top position. then it has chapters focused on miscellaneous moves after uve got those basics down...and a dvd chapter on rules and safety for parents. |
