In the Report of the APA Task Force on the Sexualization of Women, there is a definition put forward that I believe is being forgotten in related threads on positive/negative stereotypes and the sexualization of women in MA. The following is from the report (emphasis mine):

There are several components to sexualization, and these set it apart from healthy sexuality. Healthy sexuality is an important component of both physical and mental health, fosters intimacy, bonding, and shared pleasure, and involves mutual respect between consenting partners. (Satcher, 2001; Sexuality Information and Education Council of the United States [SIECUS], 2004)
In contrast, the article goes on to define some characteristics of sexualization:
