  • Anyone looked at solar panels / battery storage for your house?

Has anyone studied the benefits of home solar panels and battery packs?

In my eyes, you look more attractive every day.

I would really like to hear real feedback from anyone who has a rechargeable battery.

    Thanks.

Yes we have solar panels but no battery, as the economics don’t work on them and technology has a way to go.

Your calculation comparing UKW's generating capacity and actual output to the prices for a domestic setup was really interesting. It's true that there are many factors to consider beyond just the initial investment cost, like maintenance and depreciation costs. And you're right. For someone who just wants to see more clean energy generation in the world, investing in industrial-scale companies like UKW might offer a better return.
I also wanted to mention that I came across some information about a solar battery bank that can store energy for later use. I'm curious to hear your thoughts on this technology and whether it could be a viable option for those of us considering investing in solar energy for our homes. Have you looked into it at all?

I've been thinking about making the switch myself, and after checking out http://ecozonepower.com/, they've got some neat options for home battery backups. With these babies, you can store up that clean solar energy during the day and have it ready to roll when the sun goes down. It's like having your own little power bank for your house! Plus, it's a win-win for the environment and your wallet. But, as they say, the real proof is in the pudding. So, if anyone here has already embraced this tech and can share their experiences with rechargeable batteries and solar panels, that would be absolutely awesome!
