Yeah, I just recently started looking into . I heard it has powerful antioxidant properties, helps the heart, and reduces inflammation. I haven't personally noticed any super obvious changes yet, but I have been feeling a little better since I started using more olive oil in my diet. Maybe it's the olive oil, or maybe it's just the overall better diet helping.
