I wonder how difficult it would be for our forum host to set up a new board?

Would you care to run the idea by Tim M. and see if he responds to the idea?

At least that way I could move some advertisements off the forum that don't warrant banning?

Hi guys,

When the new version of vbulletin comes out I'll look into putting in a classified and/or auction system.

In the meantime, I just added an advertising option which is linked to from the header.

Setting up a new board is usually fairly straightforward, depending on the forum software and permissions available. It could be a good way to keep certain advertisements or topics organized without having to remove them entirely.

As for Tim M., it would definitely be worth bringing the idea to his attention and seeing what he thinks. He'd be the best person to determine whether a new board fits the forum's structure and moderation goals.

Having a dedicated section could help keep the main forum cleaner while still allowing content that doesn't necessarily warrant a ban. It seems like a reasonable suggestion to discuss.
