I have a blanket, tarp, tent, paracord, a shovel, an empty gas can, couple of flashlights, a fire extinguisher, tire and jack, jumper cables, flares, a small shovel, a first aid kit, a bucket, some clippers, lighters, candles, wax firestarters. I have a phone card, a disposable cell phone, some emergency cash and change, this awesome water purifier, water of course, food (jerky right now), batteries, towels and paper towels, and an AAA card when I have AAA.

I really like tools... I look in the "bargain bins" all the time! You just never know what you'll find.

I have a "multi tool" that's a glass breaker, seat strap cutter, flashlight and tire pressure gauge... Imagine being air-bagged in a fender bender after dark. The auto door locks or body damage keeps you trapped inside the car? Not me! LOL

and also I have the adapter cord to keep the cell phone charged in the car...

I once used my tow strap to come to the aid of a stranded "motorist" (idiot). She was high centered on the shoulder of a blind bend in the road. I stopped and jumped out, hooked my Chevrolet Celeberty to her F-350 and with a bit vroom, vroom! yanked her truck back onto the road. It took less than a minute. My beater sedan saved the pretty 4X4 from potential disaster! LOL

The look on her face was priceless!
