6 pounds in a week? 6 pounds in a day is no big deal (depending on where you are starting from).

And most 'quick loss' diet pills work by dehydrating you.

I think you should never try to dehydrate yourself. It seems like too hard to cut 6 pounds in a week. You have to work so much stressfully. You should stop eating food having much calories and increase exercise time. you can take also diet pills which must be approved by specific doctor.

Jubaji, you are probably the one with no experience. And you seem to be a bit slow too, everyone is telling you to shut up, so just shut up.

If any further proof was needed that you do not have the slightest experience as to the topic at hand.....

    Maybe when you are older

Ok, since he showed the part where I went nuts about. My objective was to stop him from doing harm to himself before he did any harm. No doctors are not perfect, none of us are perfect. But as I said later on, there is scientific proof that even if one does 1% water loss, it could do damage and lower performance, same that a person said a while back and I agreed with him. Yes Jubaji, I do love to learn, but then again are you sure you are able to fight some "nerds" as you call them. Technically that is what most experienced and good martial artist are, "nerds". They study, they learn, they try to expand their mind, all to improve themselves, which is why I study so much. Not everything is 100% accurate, but then again not everyone is the same so would rather go with safety first. Come to think of it, they had a 7th Heaven Episode on our discussion and they said the same conclusion most of us are saying. Small amounts will hinder one's ability, no matter how fast you replace it, and great amount can seriously do damage if not worse. Some people get addicted to it and even use some weight loss methods without professional help and well... check studies to see what happened to them. Yes I may have gone a bit overboard, but it's better to be safe than seriously sorry. Some people agree with some of my points and don't agree with others, but we all try to be civil about it, at least all of us but the uneducated you.

Many people have gone off Niagra Falls and died, yet one man does it without any protection and lives unharmed. Just because you wanna do something potentially stupid and survive it doesn't mean everyone should do it or that it should be common practice. I would rather trust those whom studied years upon years and practice medicine, health, and such over someone whom is just lucky. Most of their information is based off of studies, past events, and such, so just because one person or maybe even a few get lucky and see no known harm, that they should assume all the information gathered from those whom have been harmed by such techniques should be thrown out? Sometimes it is better to be caution and then come back to resolve a problem when you're ready than to jump in head first and find out you jumped in shallow waters. Are you going to jump off a pier next with shallow water and survive it unharmed and say everyone should do it? But there is never an excuse to starve or thirst yourself willingly because it lowers your productivity.

Face the facts dude, to most people whom don't have superb luck, this "could" do a ton of damage. If you wanna keep bein a labrat, keep doing your "no water to lose weight" idea and see how long it takes before serious problems occur. You said you were a labrat anyways, so no big loss if we keep using you as a labrat, we might actually put you in a maze to run around if it helps ya.
