Muay Thai Matches in Canada ?

Does anyone know anything about any matches held in Canada ? Or is there no matches held in Canada ? Cause I want to know.

I`m not necessarly looking to be a champion, or a professional but when I go train and advance, I want to be able to fight a real match to test my skills.

Amateur Muay Thai

I can only speak for Eastern Ontario/Western Quebec, but Tri-Star Gym in Montreal puts on fights usually twice a year, once in the Winter season, and once in the Summer. I believe Ottawa/Hull has or will soon be holding some amateur bouts as well.

The Tri-Star bouts have been fairly well run in the past, with the exception of some crazy judges decisions, but hey, that's muay thai, right? Entrance fee for spectators was 20$, and worth checking out.
