Make a heavy bag?

Does anyone have any ideas of how to make your own heavy bag? I'm kinda cheap and i dont have much money. I just need some everyday material you can find at home or the markets. This may seem like a dumb cheap question but i just want to know thanks i was planning to use a sleeping bag but i cant really hang it anywhere.....
