I have always wondered, because Jubaji's short, curt answers on everything seem to indicate that he is well know to the older members of this forum, and has already presented his qualifications years ago...and therefore does not need to explain in detail what he ever means.

I was referring to providing links to Tomyum saying he wasn't sure who Jubaji is. I wanted to know how he knew someones stuff was legit that he wasn't even sure who it was.

What TTE has been saying about the guys who study Chinese martial arts is true, just from talking to some of them - they are serious about using the TMAs but I think they cross train in muay thai, bjj or csw from time to time.

And I'll add that from what little I've seen, Boar's stuff seems legit.

And to be fair, so is Jubajis.

The difference however is that jubaji is more sport focused with some nasty tricks, whereas Boar is more tactical.

I know Boar sent you videos so I know how you're evaluating his curriculum, however, since you seem unsure who Jubaji is (You've said so yourself, I can provide links if need be), I'm unclear how you know his "stuff" is legit?

I just realized that the videos I posted are so limited. Yes there are probably videos of absolute idiots doing gong fu or limited forms practicing, but all we have is publicly accessible open source.

There are stories of others whom have used gong fu, but unfortunately that gets no cred since valuable humint is useless in today's ma community...
