The snake style. I was using the snake style recently against a mantis master and it worked fine. Although I mixed snake with mantis and it worked better.

That might be a good style, Snake and mantis together. one hand for fast strikes and deflecting and the other mantis claw for hooks locks grabbing, different strikes etc.
