Come on man you took my expression a little too seriously.

I've been doing pankration/mma for awhile, and I've been keeping both techniques about the same.

I think Bell should be considered a form of deadly weapon!

Stand up, by a long shot. But that's why I'm focusing on grappling, I'm trying to get good at the area that is my weakest.

You even get clowns like h...OmoPlata who repeatedly advocate using their "gat" to settle arguments, when you know these squeeky little mice have never shot anyone with so much as a water pistol.

It seems to me that most of the folks with real military and/or LEO experience don't run around blustering about shooting everyone who looks at them crossways.
    Ding, 2 Points....

    LOL

That signature reveals at least two things that the person hiding behind it probably can't do well...

How bout having sex with a hot girl, you fricking pervert, at least then she wants you to be thinking about that... (maybe not in his case).

Ever think she just wants to do BJJ, and not having you think about how your gonna spank your monkey after class...

My standup is alright, basically just boxing with some random thai and savate kicks, which are done with decent technique on the bag but with poor strategy in sparring. My grappling is far better, from top and bottom, its a lot more like chess and strategy is more tangable.

Oh wow....geez....I guess my ground game? I can't say. I'm a Judo man. I got a nasty uchimata.

I am deadly standing and on the ground. I am also very good with the knife and stick. However I think my standing game is a little better than the ground because I been doing it for longer.

    My ramble

I'm best at takedowns and takedown defenses ala wrestling style. So, I guess that's "stand up" but not really. Once on the ground I'm good on top, but absolutely hate the guard. I guess I'm a "ground and pound" stylist. Elbows from in-guard and passing guard I'm good at. As far as striking goes, I only box if its MMA. I use kicks only for keeping distance or to set up a takedown. My boxing is decent but not great. So, I guess I'm a wrestler mostly.

Hmmm, probably my ground game, although my stand-up is not far behind. I have practiced my stand up for much longer (Kenpo when I was young then MT and Boxing), however I find my ground game to be more... technical.

I really think well when I am on the ground, I pick my opponents apart, setup transitions, capitalize on mistakes, I am just a better ground fighter by nature I think. I also enjoy grappling more then I do standup; and since I am not getting into competition MMA and have no plans too, like Sapatiero I am just happy to be working my game...
