Chuck Norris or Mr. T would be a good idea to bring along if you think your gunna need some help, otherwise
if your still sharp with your past MA Skill im sure you will be fine if something happenz, marines are tough of course, otherwise they wouldnt have made it through training and wouldnt be marines, but there not super men or martial art masters, not even close. I have some friends in the service and i can still kick there asses the same as before they went in, lol. Of course put us in a gun fight or something more military oriented, and im sure id catch a few bulletz.
Be careful, be ready. And let us know what goes down if anything doez, im interested.

Get a restraining order for the ex girlfriend.

If you have to resort to violence choose a high percentage attack. Take him off guard and flat footed in an ambush. Use extreme violence and whatever you do place him in a position where he can’t fight back…of course there will most likely be some criminal charges to answer to.

    Oh, you mean the Corps.
I know how it's spelled but it sounds like "The Core" as in "Hard Core"

It sounds like you are already built to withstand him, but Id make sure you had the endurance to match his. whatever youve been doing to gain that muslce; keep doing it. But work on endurance through running, stretching, and speed-lifting lighter weight than you bench (of course). Hit in places that wear him down fast (nerve-bundle under the arms or the upper leg), and of course the lower chest and face. If you can get him to fall several times you could stop all his shit without having to worry about his endurance. If someone cant seem to stay on his feet, they tend to leave the ring really fast.
Again, I think your already built psysically, just work on the tactic according to your own intentions. Hope it works out well.

    .....

Yeah, they like things to shine... I've met some fine Marines.

On the boat we had to watch out for them. "Things" happen. Sea water on the brightwork was the meanest trick we ever tried.

It's no wonder they hate squids...
