    Techniques for the Disabled By Adrienne - 01-20-2011 01:14 AM

    =========

    I have a brown belt in Aikido and have been teaching a modified form to females from 12 to 66 for 25 years. However, I am disabled (bilateral osteoarthritis in my knees, and damaged ulnar nerve in my left arm and hand which makes the ring and pinky finger numb). Knife hand no longer bothers me. Also, I need to walk with a cane.

    This is not a tale of woe and I'm not whining. What I need are some suggestions for what I can do with the remaining skills. I have the discipline. Any suggestions?
