Or, how do we get more women involved?
My experience is primarily with BJJ, but I wonder what you guys think of these articles:
This is an article published a little over a year ago and highlights women's BJJ in the great State of Texas.

And these are blog posts by women who train in BJJ. They hit on a couple of items, including marketing to women, what a woman wants and a guide for guys on how to train with women, and some tips for women on how better to train for men.

I'm training in a very small school right now. A friend of mine, a brown belt, opened up his own school very close to my house, basically an affiliate of my old school. We have a group of about 10 regulars, all guys, and a group of 5 or 6 pretty dedicated young men (about 8 or 9 years old). We're looking to move into a new space in a couple of weeks, rather than leasing mat time out of another school, and I'm wondering what you think of the subject. How can we make a school that is mostly guys seem less intimidating to women?
