Hi bud. if you are interested in Ninjutsu check out a man called Arnaud Cousergue he is a 15th Dan from france. Here is his website:

Also there is a large seminar each year called a 'Tai Kai' in Paris which takes place in July from Friday 18th till Sunday 20th. It is hosted by Four 15th Dans from all over Europe.
