    i might well grab a copy of that, i saw a few clips on youtube and he does seem very good as a teacher, articulate and its all very clear and he knows his stuff.

    looking forward to the dvd now.

    Will do. Roy Dean is amazing. He manages to take this aikido stuff which seems completely ineffective and show you how to make it work against resistance. He rocks. I'll post the review soon.
