Hey All,
Wasn't 100% sure on where to post this, but here goes.
How do we all manage our training with our work and personal lives?
currently i work a full time job, 8:30 to 5:30-6 Monday to Friday. I train every Tuesday at 7-9pm, Thursday 7-9pm, Saturday for as long as i can. Every morning i try and get up at 5am to go to the gym and lift weights, on my nights off i try and do some bag work and go for a run. My time with friends to go out is next to nun, i try and go out on a Saturday night, but barely get to see and just relax with the friend if you understand.
I find that i am more than likely running myself down, as i am always tired. Sometimes i get a bit depressed and the whole F**k It attitude comes into play.
What do you do to train to your full potential as well as fit everything else in? Since starting training and preparing for competition, i have been working hard, and i realise the discipline that is needed.
Cheers,
