FMU is hosting a Integrated Submission Grappling & Catch Wrestling seminar on Febuary 7th, 2009 - 10:00am to 3:00pm. Tim McFatridge, founder of Integrated Submission Grappling and co-founder of the Jeet Kune Do Kali Association, is an excellent source of knowledge and an awesome instructor. He is also a second generation Bruce Lee instructor under the late Larry Hartsell and has trained with such wrestling legends as the late Johnny Valentine. Price is $65 and you must RSVP in order to guarantee your spot as space is limited.
