    Yes Falcon21 i agree with you that green tea is good for burning fat and for boots metabolism. And 3-5 cups per day help in burning 70 calories per day. But be aware that don't take extra cups and don't be excessive and i think 2 cups are enough for a day.

      Green tea is best for many reason.it is good for skin and also prevents us from many diseases.it fights with cancer.It is best for fat burning.I drink green tea regularly.I will suggest everyone to drink it daily.
