I hate weed. Actually on Wednesday evening(2-7-07) i got high for the first time in a long long time. I took one hit. Thats all i needed. Its so weird being high. The comedown is semi enjoyable, but right after i took a hit i just felt so.... out of place. I dont like it. I used to like getting blasted but not anymore. Its too nerve racking. I dont understand how anyone can relax on that shit and function like a normal person.
I think drinking at most 3 cans of beer when working out is fine. Lifting weights is supposed to be fun, and not nearly as strenuous as martial arts training. Ofcoarse some martial arts training can be for fun only, and in that case you should drink beer during that as well!!

the dangers of pot smoking
In 10-20 percecent of the pot smoking population weed produces an acute phsycotic reaction and can lead to long term mental illness even after someone stops. I used to smok alot of strong pot and it has definately been a contributing factor in mental problems dito for alcohol too. If you are high all day how do you find the time to train btw?
Arnold said once that if your are stoned on pot or drunk you can't get any type of quality workout and I agree with him. Hey Dick have you ever considered toning down your blazing? Maybe just on the weekends? You might feeel better in the long run.
