How much roadwork do you guys do? Do you usually go for the 3 miles or do you have a set time limit regardless of the miles you run (i.e. running for 30 minutes)
It depends on what else i have planned that day. If i'm going to be doing alot of sparring and heavy training then i'll be up in the morning doing 3 miles that i have marked out. if it's going to be a bit lighter i'll do 5 to 6 miles, depending on how i feel from the day before, etc.
