I just bought a bag and was wondering if anyone would recommend a good boxing video that would teach me the basics. I don't want to become a boxer just a hobby to get into shape.

If you want help in yer boxing skills why don't yer seek out a trainer for 1-2-1 coaching, and ask him to show yer bagwork padwork etc, cost about £15 - £20 an hour. But I reckon yer will enjoy it.
