ALL of Ross' products are the real deal. I have several of his books, and they are full of good, real functional training advice. He knows his shit and is dedicated to the sport. I gotta give my homey his props...BUY ROSS' STUFF you won't be sorry you did.

To answer the main question, Ross's programs and advice are great. Haven't checked out Power Punching yet. Bottom line though, his stuff is what you do when you're outside of the boxing gym.
When you get into the boxing gym, you need the advice of a good coach.Comment
