hey i recently changed coaches casue the gym wont let my coach train me there and we've been kicked outa most other gyms.My old coach told me that my backfoot was to be facing away from my opponite so i could move and twist my foot for more power.My new coach makes both my feet point towards my opponite as in a sprinting position casue boxing is suppose to be fast quick movments like bursts of speed.I dont know which is right and are there diffrent ways to have ur feet set up?
