Like the title says, i got one for xmas......but if anybody could give me some tips on using it thatd be great, ways to hit it and what not.....Thanks alot

buy the book called "speed bag bible". If you are looking to do just the basic....hit wait till it bounces 3 times and hit again with other hand...repeat and get faster.
