Watch Rocky, hahahhahaa,
Just watch some of those boxing propaganda films before fights (im assuming your into boxing from the forum) , they are all like, "he had nothing and trained real hard, did like fifteen millino of this a day, he is so tough, what an inspiration for hte young fighter out there," llol, that will get you motivated, I think.
Rocky is always good though.

Watch some old boxing clips and read a few good books on boxing, a lot of it will motivate the hell out of you. If it still doesn't work, try another athletic activity for a time and don't even think about it, then come back to it a few weeks later and see how you feel about it then.

Hey man, when it comes to eatin' you never can get enough!!!!
Just eat healthy; take a look at what you're eating & plan your meals. Like Samurai guy said, rent a boxing movie and take a break for awhile.
Ever see "Million Dollar Baby"? How about "Carman: The Champion"?
Heck, even Rocky 3 shows that champs loose motivation.

i lose motivation all the time, i have it one day, lose it the next. losing motivation and bouncing back is a big part of training. some people can deal with it and bounce right back, and others just quit and let it beat them. i thijnk this issue is the biggest issue when it comes to training. everyone at some pioint questions themselves and their motivation. i dont really have an answer to this, i guess its jsut something evryone has to deal with on a personal level, but hoepfully u will find yourself and once again find your motivation to train. and if not, well dont worry too much cause we all die eventually and most of us wont be that great anyway.

try asking urself why u like boxing in the first place why u love it so much . . . the odd picture of your "hero" boxer well placed around ur room to give u that constant reminder to inspire u! stuff liket that but at the end of the day it comes down to you . ..
sometimes tho you realise that there is nothing truly in it for u anymore and ur head moves on to other things in life, this might be the case

story: Makunouchi (幕之内 一歩 Makunouchi Ippo) is a very shy high school student who never had the time to make friends because he was always busy helping his mother with the family fishing boat business. Because he kept to himself a group of bullies got into the habit of picking on him. On one particular day these bullies decided to give him a rather serious beating. A middle-weight professional boxer who was passing by stopped the bullies and took Ippo to the Kamogawa Gym (鴨川ボクシングジム), owned by a retired boxer Genji Kamogawa (鴨川 源二 Kamogawa Genji), to treat his injuries. After Ippo awoke to the sounds of boxers training, the boxer who saved him, Mamoru Takamura, tried to cheer Ippo up by letting him vent his frustrations on a sandbag. It was then that they had their first glimpse into Ippo's talent for boxing. After that incident, Ippo started his regular training and began his path in Japan's professional boxing.
The story focuses heavily on character development, even during the matches something is learned about the fighters. This is probably why the series has lasted as long as it has. Ippo and his rivalary with Miyata is the main draw in the early part of the series. That later changes to Ippo's path towards the Japanese Featherweight Championship and eventually the world championship. Along the way we are given glimpses into the other side character's pasts and current boxing trials.
The anime series has two spin-off movies that were actually part of the manga. Champion Road, which takes place after Ippo becomes the Japanese Featherweight Champion and showcases his first defense of the title. Kimura Vs. Mashiba, which pits one of Ippo's senpai (upper classmen) against the Japanese lightweight champion (who happens to be Ippo's love interest's brother).
