Its amazing, i wish i woulda started doing this when i was alot younger.

Honestly so good. Great conditioning and drills only complaint is they paired me up with a girl who was afraid to punch me.

Question what are the advantages and disadvanmtages of the types of gloves i can buy since i now need some.

id reccomend 14 ounce ones, cause u can use em for bagwork as well as sparring.
