Borba Sambo ( grappling ):
Borba is, similarly like Muay Thai in Thailand, national sport in most countries of former USSR. In Europe and USA grappling fascination began after the first tournament of combined martial arts. Sportsmen using grappling were better then sportsmen using only strikes. Grappling improves strength and stamina. What's more, it's less dangerous because people training grappling don't get as many strikes to head as boxers. It's also complete self-defence martial art.
