    I'm fighting on April 15th for the Arizona Police and Fire Games. It is my first fight. I'm freaking out. I want to win! If I lose because the man is a better fighter, than so be it. If I lose because I freeze, then shame on me.

    Have me in your thoughts folks.

        Chi Kung...

        say's you cannot be relaxed until you are first focused.

        You must focus on something! Only then can you relax.(i.e. "How can I relax=> I know ..I'll...grab a beer and put my feet up etc...")

        This is almost self explanatory and probably an annoying response-oop's!

        Try focus on your strength's...and put your heart into it!

        It's all about YOU- not HIM...

        What is control...it's all about YOU BUDDY.

        Good Luck- atleast you can admit you're scared!!

          We are told to show Full Intention, in Kung Fu.

          Try that.

          The Five element's are Kill; Maher; Geng; Sun and Hay.

          In english- Sensitivity; Stance; Forward driving power; Attitude(Correct or Appropriate Attitude)and Breathing.

          Full Intention is of course Sun!

          Just try it!! Maybe you fully intend to pull out? It's your choice.
