      I want specifics like: type of punches, stance, footwork head movement ect.
      please describe like your shooting your own self-defense skills for boxing DVD

        I like the classic 1,2. Jab cross. Also, I like the double left hook, one to the body and then one to the head. The right cross is the heavy artillery for me, upper cuts work great on taller men. Attack by combination. {tao of jeet kune do}

        Sometimes you just got to get mean and brawl. All your hours in the gym cannot teach you heart and courage; when someone is handing you your ass, you gotta dig deep within your soul and find the mettle to just brawl.

        Study the basics, the fundamentals will make you a champion. I always believe that the guy who pratices and trains the hardest usually wins the fight.
