In my opinion the best way to improve boxing-specific reaction time is to box! Get in there and spar 2-3 times a week and your reaction time/reflex with improve. For drills at home, the maize ball can help. There are alot of greats tips in the "Real Boxing Tips" thread, pay close attention to Mike's posts, he's really knowledgable.

aint nothin to it but to do it, also do focus mitt or heavy bag drills where you have to respond to some audio cue ,talk about skill specific, i.e. a buzzer or bell sound then you immediately throw a prearanged combo or single punch, my old tkd teacher did this with kicks by clapping 2 focus paddles together and us responding with a specific kick or kick combo to our partners focus paddle, it's funny to watch peole jump the gun.LOL
