been learning boxing now for two months. One major problem - am always stiff when i box. Tried skipping, running, stretching to warm up, but my shoulders and legs are always stiff. Is there anything i can do to relax the body so i can punch more effectively?

You might ask boarspear about that....

Its a mental thing. You just have to think of yourself as a wet noodle and get your body to feel that way even when you're sparring.

I would suggest shadowboxing and bagwork while you focus on staying relaxed. That's it, it will come with practice. Don't try to move faster than you can while staying relaxed. If you move too fast you will tense up. When you have found that limit try to slowly increase it.
Be patient, it may be pretty slow at first.
