I'm putting this here and in the muay thai section,
For a couple of months now, my ankles pop everytime I run down some stairs and my elbows pop everytime i stretch my arms..I mean I really always take the time to warm up,stretch and cool down during training though..but it won't go away and it's very annoying...anyone having the same problem?
