Hi guys, i want to know more about boxing and i need some suggestion on boxing dvds.

The ones i had were for basics kenny weldon how to box which wasnt bad, i have freddy roach dvds which werent bad either. I dont know if you are looking for basics or more advanced focus on timing, counterattack, etc. Ringside and Title have the most inexpensive series broken down into each topic so there are decent buy for the money
