  • A question about diets

    I was wanting to know if anyone had a good diet to follow, I am not trying to gain weight I just want to stay where I am at, I am training alot harder these days and I am losing weight that I really don't want to lose. I feel as if I am eating enough. Any suggestions would be great.......

    mutiply ur weight by about 18 eat that many calories. make sure your getting more than 1 gram of protein per lbs of body weight
