When I was 13(now 15) my brother-in-law thought that i would make a good boxer agter we were massing around in the backyard with him showing me how to jab and such. he said i had a rel strong jab for my size. Long story short my mom made me stop training becuase she thought i would get huet. so i took up lifting weight, but rcently have been grounded from them or going to a gym for the next 5m months.I would like help on how to begin my training, i plan on competing after i progress. Right now i'm 6' 164lbs, with abou 24% bf. i have acess to a heavy bag and a jump rope but that is all. here is also a track around my house i can jog on. i would like to know a begginning routine i could follow for am little while until i get the feel for it and i can make my own. please any help is appreciated, eve a good website would be nice.
