Actually, I am willing to bet that for thousands of years, humans were not on the top of the food chain. We don't have claws, sharp teeth, or great speed. Just look at Africa--everything there can and will eat you.

Ok, you got me there, but we have brains. Like I mentioned before, we are sentient. As we get smarter,we achieve more, experience more, and get wiser. I also beleive everyone has a soul, or at least feelings. Lets put it at that. I just think the butchering of animals is wrong.Comment

Me too, but killing an animal to eat it is not butchering in my book--it's nature. It needs to be done. Every animal does it to survive. Killing for the sake of killing, however, does not fall into the OK category. Just my opinion on this semi off topic post.I just think the butchering of animals is wrong.Comment

It is semi-off, isn't is, But naturally I have to retaliate. You are right by the fact that it's nature. But what do you mean by subscribe to religion. I'm Athiest. I don't believe in God. If there was a God, than He would not let all these terrorists run like maniacs. Anyway, My athiest feelings arrised way before I even knew terrorists arrised, but I don't want to get into that.
I said before. We are a sophisticated race. How would you feel if you were taken into some sort of caged area, and killed just to feed a greater race, Especially if you had feeling, and were sentient. Think about that. What if there was a greater race than ours, and someone was chowing down on your thigh.Comment
