    Hey Guys,
    My boxing coach has been telling me that to compete at my ideal weight range i need to lose around 10 pounds. Most of the extra mass that i should lose is in my legs bc they are quite big and muscular and could help if they were smaller. I was wondering if anyone had advice on how to trim legs up that are muscle if its possible. Any help would be appreciated.

    nick you probably know you cant pick where you want to lose the weight at, you do what you need to in order to lose it and your body "dumps" it from whereever it wants....that said, i would eat right and do more cardio, or I have heard of boxer that need to lose weight quick take pills to lose water weight or something like that, usually they lose about 10 pounds....hope that helps

      Thanks i knew that but i am also aware that you can focus to lean certian areas up more than others, for instance im running and drop the leg building exercises to limit increasing them and hopefully lean then down while continuing to build and maintain the muscular enduance and strength of my upper body. I hope this works my trainer said in time my legs will lean im just not so sure.
