I personally think supplements r crap! I choose to stay away from them and do everything natural. As far as the other things go, they all have different purposes. But if u can only choose/afford one of them, i think the most usefull one to get "first" would be the "double end bag". preferably one from www.Titleboxing.com .thats my opinion anyways.

The only things with double ended bag is that I live in an apartment and I can't start drilling holes in ceiling and floors.

you could get some wood and make a stand for the double end bag that would go into your apartment without having to touch the ceiling or floor. if you did it right you might not even notice and substantial difference when using it.

Thats one option, but another would be to use a "free-weight" to hold the one end down. Then you will just have to drill one hole. If u wan't to spend a little extra cash just buy a cheep stand 4 the bag. U can find em cheep on titleboxing.
