Is there anyway to practice upper cuts on a heavy bag?
There are no local gyms, and i would like to practice uppercuts like i can everything else (jabs/cross/hook) on my 100lbs bag.
I'd prefer not to buy an uppercut only bag, as that would make it difficult to work them into combinations efficently.
So....how do you guys practice uppercuts at home?

(only joking!)
If you want to practice uppercuts, practice not on a standard heavy bag but on an uppercut bag, most if not all boxing equipment makers offer it for sale. Personally I prefer the uppercut bag to the standard heavy bag. You can practice not only uppercuts but jabs, crosses etc. As long as the intended target is the head.
