The way william cheung does his blocks does not make sence if you think about it. His structure cant support any real pressure. Instead of attacking the center he chases the arm.

This guy would demolish GM Cheung in a second. he is one of the top wing chun guys out there. There are also great stiles out there that arent wing chun, you just have to find the right instructors, so many are fakes.

GM Chueng Has Iron Palm, breaks coconuts with his hands and is an expert at Bil Gee. However being almost 70 would slow anyone down. That's the problem with martial arts today; the young bucks have no respect for the Old Skool Bad Boys.

You know how many kung-fu styles have iron palm? There are also way better methods of doing iron palm than taught in TWC. in TWC you hit gravel in a bag for 100 days in a row like 50 min each hand. You gotta build up to it u cant just go into hard materials right away. Other systems use sand and then build up to iron pellets. the medicines vary widely but william cheung thinks his stuff is the best althought its far from it.
