    He is one of my teachers teachers. A very skilled guy with lots of real fight experience and training.

    As for training this now. Very very few people do train this. most of these sorts of skills and training methods are lost. But i know of a few people with strange abilities.

    Squatting is a primary practice in the internal martial arts though, it opens the kwa or hip joints, when these joints are freed you have far more freedom of movement and a greater ability to transmit power.

      Us that have studied with Shaolin do an exercise that will help.

      Put your leg staight out and hold the tip your with your hand.
      Now, Move you opposite leg up and down. This will increase the power of your kicking speed and strength.

        That is impossible for 20 Shaolin monks to be beaten. My teacher studied with them. That is just plain silly.
